At Lexington Electric, we focus our work on excellence in our service and in the community. Here are some notes from our customers and community partners.
Lexington Electric has been nominated twice for the Annual People's Choice Awards as Employer of the Year/Small Business, awards which recognize individuals and organizations for community service in the Rockbridge area.
"Just wanted to let you know, after a week in action, the newly replaced Rheem heat pump unit is working just great! Temperatures have been pretty cold out, and the new unit now does everything that it should. I know it was not easy on you either. Thank you very much for all the time and trouble you and Brian took to help us to get this worked out. Good work!" - Michael Papit, Brownsburg, VA
"Just a brief note from one of your HVAC maintenance agreement customers to
let you know how impressed I continue to be with Mr. Brian Falls. Twice a
year Mr. Falls professionally checks my heating or cooling systems to make sure
they are set for the upcoming season. However, even with this preventative
maintenance, early last fall and then again last week, I experienced system
failures with my air conditioning and then, most recently, my heating system.
I called your office and Carla quickly set up a time for the very busy Mr. Falls
to make a service call.
Upon arrival, Mr. Falls quickly reviewed the situation, checked the system,
diagnosed the problem and had the necessary replacement part placed on order.
When the replacement part arrived, Mr. Falls quickly returned and put the system
back in good running order.
You, unquestionably, have a very professional and competent employee in Mr.
Falls who relates quite well with your customers. He is, indeed, a credit
to your organization and in keeping with your creed "Focusing on Customer
Service." I just wanted to let you know how I feel as too often problems
become the focus of leaders at the expense of the every day efforts of the
men/women who make an organization a success. Finally, I appreciate Carla
keeping me appraised of what is happening with my service call/ordered part.
A nice touch." - Col. Richard D. Weede, USMC (RET), Final Hill
Farm, Lexington, VA
"Thank you so much for sending your service crew out shortly after I called you. Our A/C had just gone out. It was hot, your Brian-Brian team was overworked, and it was late. You sent them anyway. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. It is so nice to have a real and caring business in Lexington. Thank you again for your wonderful service." - Gary Vaughan, Lexington, VA
"I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your professionalism and the kind manner in how you treated my mom, she spoke so highly of your crew and how nice you all were. I also appreciate your willingness to work with me on this project; it was a little stressful trying to do this from a distance. Anyway, thanks for everything, and I hope you and your family have a wonderful New Year." - Brenda Barber, Clarksville, TN
"The session of Lexington Presbyterian Church extends sincere appreciation for your recent generosity in donating your time and equipment to assist with placing Christmas lights on the trees at the front of our church. Without your offer of help, this task cold not have been completed with the detail we were able to achieve. Your assistance to our Property Committee with this project will allow many to enjoy the beautiful lights as they grace our grounds during the Christmas season. Lexington Presbyterian Church is most appreciative of your service and gratefully acknowledges your act of ministry." - Mary Atthowe, Clerk of Session, Lexington Presbyterian Church
"On behalf of Lexington Moose Lodge Officers and Membership, we thank you and your company for installing new lights in our kitchen and range hood area. This new and improved lighting and placement of light switches at the door entering the kitchen will greatly improve the convenience and the safety of our kitchen workers and other staff. Being a volunteer organization, any help we can receive is most appreciated. If it was not for your donations and our volunteer workers, we would not be able to continue in our mission as a fraternal organization and being able to give more back to the community. Thank you again for your very thoughtful donation." - Officers of Lexington Moose Lodge #1700
"On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Theater at Lime Kiln, I thank you for your donation of the Master Electrician for a Day for our annual fundraiser, Monte Carlo Evening in March. As you know, this is a time when all who believe in Lime Kiln are banding together to ensure its future, and we are so grateful to count you among those who value and support our Theater. Thank you for joining us in support of Lime Kiln, all it has added to our community, and all it will add in the years ahead." - Mary Sayre, Chair, Board of Trustees, Theater at Lime Kiln
